Round 2 of the BVT takes us to Mollymook Beach on the South Coast of NSW on the 12th & 13th of October! 

Get ready to witness the state's top beach volleyball talent as they return to the golden sands and engage in fierce competition to see who walks out on top. With the pristine coastline and the ocean breeze of the South Coast, this round promises a fun day at the beach and an unforgettable day of beach volleyball.

Mollymook Beach is a captivating coastal gem nestled in New South Wales Shoalhaven. With its golden sands stretching over two kilometres and crystal-clear turquoise waters, this beach is a haven for beachgoers, surf enthusiasts, and those seeking tranquillity. 

1. Mollymook "Bogey Pool"

  • Enjoy a swim in the ocean pool, which is perfect for those who prefer calm waters. When it is low tide, it is a perfect place for kids to have a splash and try their hand at snorkelling. 

2. Surfing, Scuba Diving & Kayaking 

  • Mollymook is famous for its crystal-clear waters and excellent surfing conditions. There are several beaches in the area that are perfect for beginners and experienced surfers alike, including Mollymook Beach, illustrious for its long, consistent waves. In addition to surfing, there are plenty of other water activities to enjoy in Mollymook. You can try your hand at stand-up paddle boardingkayaking, or even scuba diving.

3. Mollymook Beachside Markets

  • If you're visiting on a Sunday, don't miss the Mollymook Beachside Markets. You can find handmade crafts, clothing, photography, fresh produce, and delicious food.

4. Mogo Wildlife Park

  • A little further is Mogo Wildlife Park, where you can get up close and personal with the animals. Feed a tiger or lion, play with meerkats, meet a rhino and much more.

5. Mollymook Golf Course

  • The Mollymook 9-hole golf course at Mollymook Beach stretching along the seaside is one of the most scenic and well known in the state. The championship 18 hole golf course located at Hilltop Mollymook (access via Princes Highway just north of Ulladulla) is quite the challenge and set in slight rolling scenic hills for the more energetic.
