VA Level 2 State Referee Accreditation - Application for Assessment (NSW)
Course information
To submit your Volleyball Australia Level 2 State Referee Accreditation application, you must complete the following steps.
1. You must be a current member of your State or Territory Volleyball Association. Please note your application will be rejected if your state membership is not current. This will be verified by your State.
2. You must be an accredited Volleyball Australia Level 2 Associate Referee
3. Complete the Australian Sport Commission - Community Officiating Essential Skills Course and attain the Certificate of Completion.
- Go to your Account page within the revSPORT portal.
- https://www.volleyballnsw.com.au/account
- Click on the Volleyball Learning Centre tile on your dashboard.
- In the Volleyball Australia Learning Centre, select "Learning for all sports".
- Enroll in the Community Officiating Essential Skills Course.
4. Complete the following Play By The Rules modules and attain the courses Certificates of Completion:
- PBTR - Harassment and Discrimination
- SIA- Child Safeguarding in Sport Induction (For 18 year olds and over only)
5. Undertake an assessment by a VA Level 3 Referee for 1x Ist Referee and 1x 2nd Referee.

Obtain an endorsment letter from a VA Level 3 Referee and your State Volleyball Associaton.
6. Return to this portal to upload all the required documents.
Your application will be processed within 10 working days and you will be notified of its outcome via email. If successful your certificate will be emailed to you, and available in your members portal.
