Jonathan Lu has been doing an amazing job coaching our entry-level programs, Spikeroos, for over 4 years and he is always making sure every player gets the attention they need. Whether it's coaching our holiday camps or running training sessions, Jonathan is always ready to help! His energy and enthusiasm really motivate everyone around him, making the whole experience much more enjoyable for our young athletes.

 

Besides coaching, Jonathan has been fantastic at mentoring our new coaches. He's always there to offer advice and support, helping them grow and develop their skills. His positive attitude creates a great learning environment, and it's clear that his efforts are making a big difference.

 

When asked what coaching volleyball means to you, he replied: "I enjoy teaching the younger generation and encouraging them to stay active. Accompanying my students on their journey of improvement and development brings me a great sense of pride".
