Membership Rollover 2025
Volleyball NSW individual memberships begin on April 1 each year and expire on March 31 of the following year.
To make the process as seamless as possible, we conduct the membership rollover just before the new season begins. This ensures registrations are completed and verified in time, allowing existing members to renew smoothly for the upcoming season.

Membership Registration Steps
Rollover is the process of transferring the membership database from the current season to the upcoming one. This ensures that members can renew their membership for the new season seamlessly.
Memberships with Volleyball NSW expire on March 31 each year, with new-season memberships opening in late March to facilitate a smooth transition.
VNSW and revSPORT are committed to rolling over all members at the end of March annually. Memberships automatically expire at this time, allowing members to renew for the upcoming season.
All memberships will be valid until March 31 each year.

Current Members
All memberships linked to the current season will be archived and become inactive at the end of March. Memberships will automatically expire, allowing renewal for the new season.
Note: The conditions of membership require all participants engaging in volleyball with affiliated clubs or VNSW-sanctioned events to maintain active VNSW memberships.
End of Season Memberships (January–March)
The End of Season Membership option is available to new members who join between January 1 and late March. This option remains active until membership rollover occurs, with coverage extending through to March 31. Renewal into the new membership period will be required afterwards.
Members can upgrade to a higher membership category at any time (fees apply) to access additional services and benefits

- Full Membership – Adult & U18
- Recreational Membership – Adult & U18
- Technical Membership
- One-Day Membership
- Non-Playing Membership
