Volleyball NSW is looking for someone to join our busy Pathways Department as its newest Senior Pathways Manager.

The Senior Pathways Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the development, growth, and success of VNSW's Pathways program. The role requires a focus on administration, operational excellence and strategic alignment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to administrative excellence and efficiency, ensuring all operational aspects are handled professionally, overseeing two key VNSW Portfolios in Pathways & Education.

The person in this role will be responsible for refining the VNSW Pathways Plan, maintaining relationships with key performance stakeholders, and ensuring consistent delivery and efficiency within each program.

This role will be required to travel intra-state and inter-state to deliver on these programs with regular out of hours and weekend days required to fulfil this role. 

The role also requires you to hold a valid unrestricted Drivers Licence, Working with Children's Check (Paid) and Senior First Aid / CPR certifications.
