NSW Beach Championships 2021
Published Mon 29 Mar 2021
What a weekend! With plenty of cracking volleyball on show and Mother Nature turning it on, the 2021 NSW Beach Championships are officially done and dusted.
A huge thank you to everybody who helped make this event a success. It was mammoth team effort from the ever present work horse Liam Young on the tools, Nam Pham live streaming the action on Centre Court all weekend, Andrew Scotford our sensational Referee Delegate, Kane Booker organising equipment on behalf of NBVA, fan favourite Wombat keeping the competition rolling and of course Benny Abbott covering multiple roles before jumping on the mic and providing bangers all weekend. And of course a massive thanks to you, the athletes, for continuing to support our great sport and travelling from near and far to compete.
Final Standings and Full Results List is available on the event page HERE
Footage from all streamed matches on Centre Court is available to view on our Facebook page, and all action shots will be published on this same page soon - https://www.facebook.com/SVNSW/
Our next event is the inaugural 2021 NSW Junior Beach Championships held in Mollymook on 10-11 April 2021. With U15, U16, U17, U18 & U21 Divisions on offer this is sure to be a great weekend and we would love to see Junior athletes from all around the country participating. The final event of the NSW summer is the postponed NBVA Championships back at Manly on 17-18 April 2021 – contact info@nbva.org.au for any questions about this tournament.
For everybody else, thank you for taking part in the 2021 NSW Beach Championships and we will see you next season!
