Published Mon 14 Dec 2020

Volleyball NSW congratulates Kerri Pottharst on her induction to the NSW Hall of Champions.

A star of our sport and one of the most well known names in Australian volleyball, Kerri Pottharst OAM becomes the first ever athlete from our great sport to be inducted into the NSW Hall of Champions. Best remembered for her Sydney 2000 Olympic triumph winning the Gold Medal in Beach Volleyball with her partner Natalie Cook, Kerri is truly one of Australian volleyball's superstars and is in good company with some of Australia's finest athletes in the Hall of Champions.

While COVID-19 has unfortunately lead to the cancellation of this year's induction ceremony, this milestone will be celebrated in person at the 2021 ceremony.

On behalf of Volleyball NSW and the wider volleyball community, congratulations!
