Welcome to our new Participation Portfolio Manager

Volleyball NSW are excited to announce our newest member of the team, coming in hot from Queensland, Lucas de Medeiros Paulino.

Lucas's role is to manage all things Participation in particular, our junior development program Spikeroos, including:           

• Spikeroos Term Programs
• Spikeroos Holiday Camps 
• Spikeroos Cups

Here’s what he has to say,

My aim is to provide the best possible service and to integrate the Spikeroos program with the other programs offered by Volleyball NSW. i love being able to be directly involved with sports, especially volleyball.          

For the last year and a half, I was working as a volleyball coach in Queensland and previous to that, I was working as a town planner.              

When I am not working with sports, I am playing sports.

In my free time, you can probably find me at the beach playing volleyball or surfing.

I grew up playing several different sports and I was only introduced to volleyball on my mid-twenties, since then, I cannot stop playing it. So, I can confirm that volleyball is the best one!

I hope I can share my passion about the sport and have a positive impact on our volleyball community.       

Volleyball NSW are very happy to welcome another 'powered by the love of Volleyball' team member. We’re super excited to have Lucas join the team and look forwards to seeing Spikeroos evolve and grow under his guardianship.
