What is the Beach Performance Camp Series?


 

The Beach Performance Camp series is open to any Junior (U14-U19, born 2009-2003) athlete who wishes to learn more about and improve their individual beach volleyball game. Players of all abilities are welcome, as courts are seperated and graded from Beginners to Advanced.

These camps will be offered one Saturday a month from November through March. Each camp will be followed by a Sunday JBVT event at the same location. Having both the camp and competition on the same weekend will offer an impactful Saturday of skill based training immediately followed by a meaningful Sunday of team based competition.

Beach Performance Camps will offer high quality coaching experiences with multiple L3 Mentor coaches as well as regional developmental coaches leading trainings. Performance Camps will have the following focuses which will progress throughout the 5 camps

  • Physical training and testing
  • Game theory
  • Individual skill development
  • Non-Jumping ball control
  • Jumping ball control
